Craig Kellem’s Bio

Script consultant Craig Kellem is an industry professional who has served as a development executive at Universal Television (VP of Comedy Development) where he developed and sold the hit series “Charles in Charge” as well as many other shows such as the acclaimed series, “Domestic Life” which starred Martin Mull, (executive produced by Steve Martin). At 20th Century Fox Television Craig was Director of Development for Late Night, Syndication and Daytime, where he conceived and sold the well received “Roadshow” reality pilot for NBC. He has also served as a SNL staff member (Associate Producer and Talent Consultant) and was a theatrical agent at one time, representing George Carlin and other notables.

Craig has also worked in film, having produced NBC’s classic faux documentary, “The Rutles”, for Lorne Michaels/Eric Idle.

He has executive produced series for both Network and Syndication—he was Co-Executive Producer of “FBI-The Untold Stories” which was broadcast on ABC TV for two seasons. In addition, he Co Executive Produced, and was the show runner for the last two seasons of “The Munsters Today” for Universal.

He has created two literary projects along the way, a novelty book for Barnes and Noble, and a book on Fate for Sid Sheinberg’s Bubble Factory. He has taught screenwriting at several colleges as an adjunct professor and has also conducted weekend screenwriting workshops.

He now co-owns and operates the successful international script consultation company, Hollywoodscript.com, which he runs with his business partner Judy Hammett. Craig and Judy help writers to improve their film and TV scripts, and seriously prepare them for the marketplace. Their associate Joelle Kellem serves as their most capable proofreader.

Judy Hammett’s Bio

Judy Hammett has lived and worked in various regions and capacities: In Namibia, Africa, as part of a health care program; in Lexington, Mississippi as part of a human rights organization; in Bologna, Italy, directing a language school and teaching English as a Second Language.

Other professional experience includes research, story

packaging and administrative work at Universal Studios, and providing coverage for APA (Agency for Performing Arts) as well as ghostwriting from time to time.

She has a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and M.A. in English/Creative Writing from C.U.N.Y (The City University of New York).

Judy Hammett’s articles have appeared in various publications, including the literary journal, READING ROOM/3 published by Great Marsh Press and NOW WRITE! SCREENWRITING edited by Sherry Ellis and Laurie Lamson.

Joelle Kellem’s Bio

JOELLE KELLEM holds a B.A. from Warren Wilson College in Global Studies, with a concentration in Latin American Studies. She has spent time abroad studying Spanish, trade policy, and human rights in Guatemala and Mexico. Joelle is able to speak, read, and write in Spanish on an intermediate level. Before attending Warren Wilson College, Joelle studied at Bennington College, during which time she worked as an America Reads tutor at a local school, helping students to develop their reading, writing, and computer skills.

Joelle has an excellent command of the English language and is a skilled proofreader. She is detail-oriented and enjoys the process of bringing material to heightened levels of clarity and punch.
